In each modality
I practice,
I orchestrate energy to meet pain with ease.

I am a queer, genderfluid person of Vietnamese descent.
As a child, I recall learning about traditional Chinese medicine through my family, like cạo gió (gua sha), giác hơi (cupping), thuốc bắc (Chinese herbal medicine), but never fully understood the beautifully complex language of the body through the lens of ancient practices. From the age of 5, I saw how tired the adults around me were, and instinctively massaged them, tending to their heads, backs, hands, and feet. I was taught to walk on elders’ backs and practice tui na to alleviate their aches and pains.
I first came upon holistic healing for myself when I was in my early 20’s, feeling lost, experiencing a lot of physical and emotional pain, and having a difficult time managing life while trying to understand the meaning of it. I began going to a community healing center for acupuncture and massage. I was then  gifted a craniosacral therapy session by a friend. In that life-altering hour, I became aware of my spirit. I tuned into how sensitive my spirit is in the following years, how important it is for me to maintain sacred relationships to my mind, body, and soul. I have found spiritual practices that keep me grounded in my essence and love, including spiritual counseling, shamanic journeying, soul retrieval, reiki, and divination. Years into my journey with the encouragement of my spiritual teacher, I decided to become a certified practitioner of these very modalities because it is my life purpose. Everything in my healing path led me to experience the depths of this life so that I could fully step into it, and revisit the healing practices I didn’t understand earlier in life.
A bulk of my professional experience is in the hospitality industry as a chef, and sex educator. I am now of service to others through trauma-informed, decolonized approaches to mental & physical wellness, healing, and spirituality through Asian body work rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, shamanic energy work, and divination. Through every modality I practice, I trust that the body, mind, and spirit’s own healing abilities come forward through being seen and compassionately held. My greatest passion is helping others connect to themselves.

I am inspired most by curiosity, decolonization, my ancestral lineage, play, nature, animals, silence and stillness, house music, life’s big lessons, radical love & radical responsibility, and my teachers.
