Joey's business name could simply not be more apt. Never have I felt such heavy rest as when I've received shiatsu and especially cranio from Joey. Although I've never tried it, I would guess that their work is the bodywork equivalent of a sensory deprivation tank, or a winter's long hibernation for a bear. I've gotten up from the table more than once a different person than who laid down--always much more integrated into what I'm coming to know as myself. Joey has a skillful and tender touch that can both jostle out the most firm tension and gently soothe even the most frazzled nervous system.

After receiving shiatsu massage treatment, gua sha, and cupping for 3 weeks, I feel such a clarity I haven’t experienced in a long time. My body experienced a physical release after the last treatment that left me feeling light and loose, relaxed and powerful, present and calm. I feel that in my sessions with Joey, they peeled back layers and moved my body along each time, being able to pick up where they left off before, in a way to continue the momentum inside my body. I met and worked with Joey years ago, and this year as my birthday approached and I was thinking about changes I’d like to make in my life, I naturally thought of Joey and the healing/energetic work they do.

Their deep understanding of tarot, zodiac, and what the body needs helped me understand problems I've been pushing to the back of my mind for years.
